Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

 

You may request a refund of your deposit up until five days after the scheduled Discovery Call.  If it is deemed by us that the retreat is not a good fit for you we may elect to refund your deposit with no further obligation or recourse to either party.

 

Once the balance has been paid, refunds are available less the non-refundable deposit.  Notice of any cancellation must be in writing, with an email as an acceptable form of communication, directly to Zuberant Life with the following conditions:

More than 46 days prior to retreat, 100% refund less deposit and $35 to cover administration.

28 to 45 days: refund 75% of full cost of the retreat

15 to 27 days: refund 50% of full cost of the retreat

less than 15 days: no refund

Unfortunately, as we are committed to our suppliers, staff and vendors, no refunds are available with less than 15 days before the retreat.

 

We reserve the right to reschedule the event if minimum numbers are not met. We will contact you in this event and either refund or transfer your payments to the new date.  If we were unable to run the retreat due to imposed COVID-19 restrictions, your balance will be refunded in full and the registration deposit carried forward to a future retreat.  In the event that the retreat will rescheduled you can elect to transfer your booking to the new date.

 

Note:

So we can best prepare  for and support you during the retreat, you will be sent a Personal, Medical and Waiver form to complete upon acceptance of your application.
