Payments, Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Your deposit is refundable up until five days after the scheduled Discovery Call. Deposits will be refunded in full less the ticketing system fee.
The balance of payment is due by 25 March. Late registrations with no penalty fee will be accepted to 18 April. Note that your full registration is accepted on full payment. As the limited places will be reserved on a first in, best dressed approach, you are encouraged to arrange settlement of the balance early. In the event you have not paid the balance, and your place has been taken by someone else as we have reached the maximum number of participants, you will be notified (if before 25 March your deposit will be refunded).
Once the balance has been paid, refunds are available less the non-refundable deposit. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, with an email as an acceptable form of communication, directly to Zuberant Life with the following conditions:
More than 43 days prior to retreat, 100% refund less $80 to cover administration.
31 to 42 days: 25% - of full cost of the retreat
16 to 30 days: 50% of full cost of the retreat
less than 16 days: 100% of full retreat cost, no refund
Unfortunately, as we are committed to our suppliers, staff and vendors, no refunds are available from 8 April.
We reserve the right to reschedule the event if minimum numbers are not met. We will contact you in this event and either refund or transfer your payments to the new date. If we were unable to run the retreat due to imposed COVID-19 restrictions, your deposit would be refunded in full. In the likely event that the retreat will rescheduled you can elect to transfer your booking to the new date.
So we can best prepare for and support you during the retreat, you will be sent a Personal, Medical and Waiver form to complete upon acceptance of your application.
